The document is approved by the head. The prepared list of the contingent by order 302n, the sample of which is arbitrary, is printed in three copies. If a suitable position is not available in this company, the employee will have to be fired. The employer needs to involve qualified lawyers in order to carry out this procedure correctly, without unpleasant and costly consequences.

Sample contingent of workers subject to medical examination

The list of categories of workers is compiled in the company and approved by its head once. They are updated and re-formed only when certain significant changes occur, for example:

  • complete reorganization of the enterprise;
  • the introduction of new, different from the existing, places of work. Information about them is not yet listed;
  • a radical improvement in the circumstances of work, allowing professions that were previously under the influence of destructive factors to be removed from the register.
