  • The service is provided on the next working day after receiving the application and confirming it by the consignor. An application for a service is made in the section "Application for transportation". To carry out the collection of cargo the very next day, applications are accepted from 9:00 to 16:30 (local time).
  • Machine delivery time - from 9.00 to 18.00, within a four-hour interval chosen by the sender.
  • The service is provided by any of the branches both in the city and within 300 km from each of them. The fence can be ordered separately, as well as in combination with targeted delivery to the recipient ("door to door").
  • Loaders and special equipment of the Company may be involved in the provision of the “Cargo Pickup” service.
Collection / delivery on the weekend

The company "PEK" carries out the collection and delivery of goods on weekends in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
The cost of the service is the standard tariff plus 1000 rubles.
Orders for the service are accepted by the delivery department on weekdays in the "Application for transportation" section.

Day-to-day pickup

The same-day pick-up service allows you to pick up the goods on the day of the application. This service is only provided in Moscow and Moscow region.
Pickup will be done in the afternoon. The same-day pick-up service has a number of limitations:

  • an application for transportation with pick-up on the same day must be received by the delivery department in Moscow before 12:00;
  • the machine delivery interval declared by the customer must be at least 4 hours.
Note!

In the event of an empty run of the car through no fault of the PEK Company, the “Idle run” service will be offered to the client. The tariff for this service is equal to the tariff for the collection of cargo and is calculated according to the parameters of the cargo declared by the client, taking into account all additional services (if any).

    After receiving the application, the manager contacts the sender of the cargo to confirm the readiness of the cargo for shipment.

    If your cargo is: glass, windshield, body parts with glass elements, doors with glass, then the cargo is picked up only if there is additional rigid packaging (battens). In the original packaging (cardboard, polystyrene, paper), we do not accept such goods for transportation.

    Additional services when picking up cargo

    If you have a bulky cargo that cannot be placed in a rear-loading car, then a tarpaulin service may be required when picking up the cargo.

    Body shade- this is the complete or partial removal of the awning from the truck. Depending on the dimensions of the cargo, a side or top curtain may be required.

    Please note that this service is paid:

  • Side awning - 1020 rubles;

    • Upper awning - 1524 rubles.

Agree on the date and readiness of the cargo for collection

The pickup of the cargo is made the next day after the order is sent., if it arrived at the Company's subdivision at local time no later than 17:00 to pick up the cargo and only if the sender confirmed the readiness of the cargo for transportation.

The collection of cargo is carried out during the period:

  • in Moscow and Moscow region
    Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00.
    Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00 within the Moscow Ring Road.
  • in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region
    Mon-Sat from 10:00 to 18:00.
  • in other branches of the Company
    Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00, during the day.
    Without specifying the exact time of arrival of the freight forwarder.

Sending the cargo to the destination is carried out the next day after the collection of the cargo from the sender in accordance with the traffic. Wait for the forwarder at the agreed time.

You can reduce the time of sending the goods by a day by ordering the “Day-to-day pickup” service

Same-day pick-up service is available only within the urban area. An application for the collection of cargo must be received by the division of the company before 12-00 local time.
Please note that the “pick-up on time” service and the time interval from 09-00 to 14-00 cannot be ordered simultaneously with the “Day-to-day pick-up” service.

Hand over the necessary documents for the cargo to the forwarder

To send the goods, you must provide complete information about the sender and recipient:

  • for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs: form of ownership, name, TIN/KPP;
  • for individuals: last name, first name, patronymic, passport details.

When registering the transfer of cargo, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs provide originals or copies (photocopy, fax, scan) of the following documents confirming that the cargo belongs to the sender and the estimated value of the cargo.

If there is no estimated value in the documents when registering the delivery of the cargo personally by the general director, the director acting on the basis of the charter of the company, personally by the individual entrepreneur or their representatives, these persons provide one of the documents proving the identity / driver's license / valid foreign passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation and sign the act of acceptance and delivery of the cargo, compiled on the spot.

In the absence of supporting documents in the case of departure from an individual, the cargo is registered for transportation as personal belongings, the sender draws up an inventory of the cargo, the data is recorded in the act of acceptance and delivery of the cargo and certified by the signature of the sender.

Check the documents received from the forwarder

When picking up the cargo, the forwarding driver provides the following documents:

  • Bill of lading(TTN) for the service of cargo collection, which must be signed by the sender (with a blue seal of the organization - for legal entities).
  • The act of acceptance and delivery of goods- the sender must check the time of arrival and departure of transport from the warehouse and other points of the act, sign and decrypt.
  • Power of attorney to receive cargo(form M2) for the number of accepted seats, which remains with the sender, the driver-forwarding agent is given a spine with a mark.

The freight forwarder has the right to refuse the client to accept cargo for transportation if the cargo cannot be delivered due to road or climatic conditions, as well as if the transportation of cargo requires special devices, devices and technologies that the forwarder does not have, as a result of which the cargo may be damaged in transit.

Load the prepared cargo into the car

When transferring cargo to a forwarder, loading is carried out by the sender, taking into account the temporary standard for loading, or you can order loading and unloading.

At the place of loading, the sender delivers, and the driver-forwarder accepts the goods according to the following parameters:

  • number of seats without internal recalculation according to the invoice and weighing,
  • the presence of marking (the sender is obliged to mark each piece of cargo).

Depending on the dimensions of the cargo, the standard of time allocated for loading the cargo into the truck is determined. Minimum loading time 15 minutes. In case of exceeding the time allocated for loading, payment for demurrage of vehicles is charged. Downtime is calculated based on the weight and size characteristics of the vehicle. The cost of downtime is charged for a full hour, provided that the vehicle has stood for more than 10 minutes in excess of the loading limit.

If, when picking up cargo, packages require placement along the floor (it is impossible to put other cargo on them), then the maximum dimension of this shipment is the space it occupies along the length in the car body:
  • up to 4 pallet places with dimensions of one place not exceeding 1.2x0.8m at the base.
  • up to 6 pallet places with dimensions of one place not exceeding 1.2x0.8m at the base.
  • up to 8 pallet places with dimensions of one place not exceeding 1.2x0.8m at the base.
  • up to 10 pallet places with dimensions of one place not exceeding 1.2x0.8m at the base.
  • up to 32 pallet places with dimensions of one place not exceeding 1.2x0.8m at the base.

Requirements for cargo packaging

The cargo must be packed in accordance with the packaging requirements depending on the nature of the cargo and marked according to the data specified in the application: city of destination, recipient of the cargo (for legal entities - the name of the organization; for individuals - full name).

In the absence of the necessary packaging and in order to preserve the consignor's cargo and the cargo of third parties during the transportation process, Baikal Service has the right to repack the cargo on its own, and the client is obliged to pay the cost of additional packaging.

Cargo clearance at the terminal

Arriving at the company's terminal, the forwarding driver delivers, and the warehouse employee accepts the cargo according to the following actual parameters:

  • visual inspection (in order to fix the condition of the cargo and packaging),
  • number of seats,
  • volume (volume is determined after measuring the length-width-height or maximum external dimensions).

The specified information is recorded in the loading coupon, on the basis of which the final calculation of the cost of services takes place.

Get information about the execution of the application and shipment of goods

If you specify a contact e-mail when placing an order, we will inform you about the completion of the order by sending three messages:

  • The first message: about receiving an application for the collection of cargo, indicating the number of the application.
  • The second message: about the acceptance of the cargo at the terminal of departure, indicating the number of the forwarding receipt (consignment note for TEU) and the cost of services.
  • The third message: about sending the cargo to its destination.

Pay for services in a convenient way

Making and submitting an application for picking up cargo means the consent of the sender / recipient of the cargo with the tariffs and the scheme for calculating the cost of the pickup service, as well as with the conditions for picking up and packing the cargo.

Payment Methods:

  • non-cash payment, after invoicing for services,
  • cash payment, made only in the offices of the company,
  • payment by credit card on the site.

The procedure for calculating the cost of services

The cost of the cargo collection service is calculated according to the largest parameter of the cargo (weight, volume or overall value - length, width or height). If the actual parameters of the cargo are less than those stated in the application, the cost of the service is calculated based on the parameters specified in the application. If the actual parameters of the cargo exceed those stated in the application, a recalculation is made and the tariff is applied according to the actual parameters of the cargo.

If cargo is picked up from one address of one cargo sender to several recipients and the payer for the "Cargo picking" service is the consignor (customer), then the cost of the pickup service is calculated based on the total weight, volume or dimensions of the cargo in accordance with the company's tariffs for cargo pickup.

If cargo is picked up from one address of one cargo sender to several recipients and the payers for the cargo pickup service are either the sender or the recipient of the goods, then the cost of the pickup service is calculated as a separate service for each client (sender, recipient) in accordance with the company's tariffs for cargo pickup.

Idling payment

In the event that the sender refuses to collect the goods according to the completed application after the car arrives, the client is obliged to pay for the empty run.

The cost of an idle run is equal to the calculated cost of the cargo pickup service, which is determined on the basis of the cargo data specified in the application (weight, volume, dimensions).

Order rules

  • The pickup of the parcel is carried out the next day after the application is made and processed by the company's employees.
  • It is fashionable to use this function by leaving an order on the company's official website in the "Application for transportation" subsection.
  • In order to have time to pick up the parcel the next day, applications are accepted from nine in the morning until half past five in the evening.
  • The car is provided in the time interval from nine in the morning to six in the evening, within 4 hours, which the customer indicated.
  • The function is available to all branches of the company located in your city, as well as in the area of ​​300 kilometers from its borders.

This application is made as an independent order, and together with delivery to the recipient's home. If necessary, movers and special PEC equipment are involved.

Pre-ordering will allow you to:

  • get to the operator without a queue;
  • prevent errors when entering information;
  • save the time of delivery of the parcel in the warehouse;

Rules for using the service on weekends

If you need to pick up the goods on a non-working day, then the PEK company will come to the rescue. The service operates on rest days in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Please note that in addition to paying for the basic tariff plan, you will have to pay 1000 rubles as an additional fee. You can order a pickup of cargo in the delivery department on weekdays by filling out the proposed form.

Same day order pickup

This function implies the collection of cargo on the day of registration of the application. Only residents of Moscow and the Moscow Region can use this privilege. The courier picks up the parcel after 12 noon.

Please note there are some restrictions:

  • order must be placed before 12 noon;
  • the applicant must indicate the time of providing the car with an interval of at least four hours.

Important! If the courier makes an empty run of vehicles, and this is not the fault of the company, then the customer will have to pay for a service called "Idle Run". The cost of such a run is equal to the price of picking up the cargo. The calculation of the cost of delivery is based on the dimensions and weight of the parcel, plus the availability of additional services.

Registration and login to your personal account

Registration of a personal account in the system is available from the PEC personal account login page or via the link https://kabinet.pecom.ru/register. It can be done in two ways:

  1. Instant Registration: not requiring the signing of an additional agreement, but also having limited functionality. In particular, the history of applications will be available only for those sent from the personal account. For such registration, you only need to enter your full name, the desired username and password, postal and email address, and phone number.
  2. Full registration: providing registered users with access to all the functionality of the site. To implement it, you must fill out an application for connection to your personal account, and submit the original to any office of the company.

After completing the registration procedure on the site, the entrance to the personal account of the PEC at the specified login and password immediately becomes available.

Instructions for working with the processing of sending applications to the PEC.

1. To get started, you need to download the processing to your local machine.

2. After you have saved the processing to your computer. You need to click File->Open in 1s

Or press the key combination Ctrl + O. In the window that opens, select the file that we previously saved to the computer.

3. When opening, processing loads a list of cities, therefore, opening will take 1-2 minutes.

4. after you have filled in the fields with registration data, you must select the tab with the necessary actions. Cargo status, Order creation, Preliminary registration, Network order.

Description of Tabs

1. "Cargo Status" tab

In the list of goods field, you must specify the markings assigned to the goods in the PEC system. It is also possible to specify several loads separated by commas. After you enter the codes, you must click the "Run Request: Cargo Status" button at the bottom, after clicking, information on the cargo will be displayed.

2.Tab "create an application"

This tab is intended for a one-time sending of an application for a fence. After opening this tab, open under the tabs “General, Services, Sender, Recipient, Payment, Billing” on which you need to fill in the data for sending the application, all required fields are underlined in red.

After filling in all the required fields on all tabs, you must click "run the request: create an application." The code and barcode of the cargo created in the peck system will be displayed in the lower part.

3. Tab "Pre-design"

This tab is intended for creating a Preliminary design in the PEC system. On this tab, it is also necessary to fill in all the fields and click the "Perform request: preliminary registration" button. After clicking, the code and barcode of the cargo will appear at the bottom, as well as the barcode of each package.

To deliver the goods at the PEC warehouse, you must click the "application for Pr.OF" button. And print the form that opens.


4. Tab "Network application"

This tab is designed to create a network application indicating several cargoes for collection by PEC. In this tab, open under the tabs "General / sender / Services" (containing general information for the application), "cargoes" (on this tab, information is filled in for each to the cargo separately), “result” (displays the result of submitting an application to the IEC).
