Glossary.

  • KKT- cash register equipment.
  • APPLICANT- an economic entity that has submitted an application for primary accreditation or prolongation of the current contract for the right to provide technical support for cash registers.
  • SUPPLIER OF CCP- manufacturers, applicants for the state register of CCPs of the corresponding models of CCPs: ZAO Shtrih-M TIN 5024046846, LLC NTC Izmeritel TIN 7726291497, LLC NTC Izmeritel TIN 5024054445.
  • PRODUCTS- cash registers and weighing equipment of the respective suppliers: CJSC Shtrih-M TIN 5024046846, LLC NTC Izmeritel TIN 7726291497, LLC NTC Izmeritel TIN 5024054445.
  • TsTO (Cash Equipment Maintenance Center)– an economic entity that has previously concluded an appropriate agreement with the CCP SUPPLIER for the right to provide CCP technical support.
  • END CUSTOMER- an economic entity acquiring PRODUCTS for use on own enterprises(shopping facilities) for its intended purpose.
1. Fundamental requirements.

The APPLICANT, when applying for primary accreditation, must have:

  • The status of a legal entity, confirmed by the relevant permits and certificates of state and tax registration, banking service(including separate subdivisions).
  • Own or rented office, production and storage facilities that meet the established fire, electrical, sanitary, environmental requirements and standards.
  • Normative and technical documentation containing:
    • The laws Russian Federation, Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation, technical regulations relating to the scope and maintenance of CCP.
    • Sets of technical and operational documentation for each model of CCP SUPPLIER'S PRODUCTS, for which it is planned to conclude an agreement for the right to provide technical support.
    • Documents establishing the procedure, types and terms for providing technical support services to END CUSTOMERS for specific models of PRODUCTS, as well as the procedure for fulfilling warranty obligations.
    • Certificate of registration of an economic entity as a CTO by the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, on the territory of which it is planned to provide technical support for the PRODUCTS (if the business entity is registered as a CTO).
    • The established procedure for write-off and disposal of parts, components of PRODUCTS that are owned by an economic entity and cannot be restored or used, as well as instructions for maintaining, storing and writing off relevant documentation.
    • The procedure for registering, recording and eliminating complaints from END CUSTOMERS about the services of an economic entity, claims and sanctions of the CCP SUPPLIER, tax and other executive remarks government agencies, rulings or court decisions.
2. Requirements for industrial premises.

The premises must be suitable for:

  • To perform work on the examination, diagnostics, repair and maintenance of PRODUCTS.
  • For storage of PRODUCTS under repair.
  • For the functioning of the dispatch service.
  • For storage of non-activated ECLZ in accordance with the requirements of the document RD 78.36.003-2002 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In the absence of a room that meets the specified characteristics, it is necessary to have an agreement with the bank on the lease of a bank cell.
The list of software and hardware and equipment required for the operation of an economic entity is given in APPENDIX No. 1 to these Requirements.


3. Number of specialists.

A sufficient number of specialists at the rate of no more than 150 fiscal registrars (200 autonomous cash desks) who are on technical support for 1 TsTO mechanic.

4. Requirements for specialists:

  • Passing the appropriate training on the models of PRODUCTS OF THE SUPPLIER OF CCP;
  • Passing a safety briefing;
  • The presence of a qualification group in electrical safety not lower than the third.
5. To ensure activities:
  • Dispatching service, means of mobile communication.
  • Spare parts specified in APPENDIX No. 2 and recommended by the CCP SUPPLIER to be available for the relevant PRODUCT models to ensure that repairs are carried out within the time limits established by applicable law.

These requirements have been prepared on the basis of:

  1. REGULATIONS ON THE PROCEDURE FOR SALE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF CASH CARS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION of the State Interdepartmental Expert Commission for cash registers dated March 6, 1995 N 2 / 18-95.
  2. OF THE FEDERAL LAW ON THE USE OF CASH EQUIPMENT IN CASH SETTLEMENTS AND (OR) SETTLEMENTS USING PAYMENT CARDS T dated May 22, 2003 N 54-FZ.

Tariff "Standard"

The Standard tariff includes the following services:

  • repair of CCP at the installation site
  • collection/return of the CCP to the service for repair if it is impossible to fix the problem at the installation site
  • participation in the loyalty program

Tariff "Economy"

The "Economy" tariff includes the following services:

  • remote maintenance of cash register
  • telephone consultations on any issues related to the operation of CCP

Diagnostics of KKM

Bring your cash register to our CCM center for diagnostics! Diagnostics will determine the service life cash register equipment, possible faults, evaluate technical condition cash desks.

Why do you need maintenance online KKM (service contract)?

Technical service cash registers (KKM service ) is produced by our technical service center ().

Without a contract for the maintenance of the cash register with the central heating service, you will not be registered with the cash register in tax office. In the event of a breakdown of the cash register, our CTO will carry out KKM repair. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the CTO will repair the KKM within 36 hours. O repair of KKM the IFTS and the KKM supplier are notified. A mark is made in the passport of the cash register.

As part of the agreement, there is a quarterly mechanic's departure TsTO for maintenance of the online cash register, so that it does not break at the most inopportune moment. The mechanic of our CTO will come to you himself, where he will conduct an external inspection of the cash register, check the correctness of the required details displayed on the check, test your device and seal the JOURNAL of "call accounting technical specialists and registration of completed works.
