Now we are going through the second stage of one interesting course. According to the assignment, it was necessary to set pluses and minuses for yourself every half an hour all day, depending on what was happening and on the emotional state during this period. This technique makes it clear what we focus on during the day, or rather teaches us to notice emotional swings and be able to control them. And today, honestly, all day, every half an hour, I set myself pluses and minuses. So, the overwhelming majority of pluses in my working day. You need to be able to live here and now and be able not to plunge into difficult situations with your head, be able to extinguish the negative, concentrating on the positive. Do not fall into a state of hopelessness / despondency / soul-searching and self-destruction. It is important to be able to find something good in every little thing and something that inspires and motivates ️ It is important to think positively and accept the world with gratitude ️ good night!

I periodically have some strange acquaintances while driving on the road 🙈 (!) I’ll clarify! NOT dating, but trying to get to know me) Probably my car is to blame, most of which is glass, because it looks very much like an aquarium 🧐 But now I'm not even talking about that. As recently as today, swearing at another not very efficient driver in front of me, I pay attention to the next row, because he is gesturing very brightly in my direction, trying to say something. I get more air into my lungs and get ready to tell him that I'm not interested in driving tips 😂 But the man is ahead of me and immediately suggests going to the movies / dinner / drinking coffee 🤦🏻‍♀️ I always have an automatic prepared phrase, it crashes on my autopilot ahead of my thoughts and sounds like “sorry, it won’t work out - I’m married” (no one will check🤪) - and what does this newly minted hero of not my novel answer me? That's right - "so it's okay, you think!" 🤦🏻‍♀️ What's wrong with you men? Why are you acting like this? And I even have some statistics: 70% of such unprincipled comrades in response still say “I am also married, that’s great.” Well, you see that you are clearly given to understand that this is unacceptable, and you continue to persistently prove that this is normal 🤷🏽‍♀️ Well, be decent, say “I understand you perfectly, have a good day”, and do not continue to drive up at the next three traffic lights and with the question “maybe you will forget about your husband for the evening?” 🤦🏻‍♀️🤪

Yesterday we celebrated the birthday of my childhood / youth friend @ananovaa 🌷 And I spent the whole evening surrounded by beautiful, young, self-sufficient girls. Everyone is so different on the one hand, and so similar on the other - with their positive outlook on the world, thoughts, sincere kindness 🤗 Most of the girls present at yesterday's holiday have two / three / five children, while they manage to realize themselves and how personality) Stunning, subtly seeing tenderness, photographer @teregulova. My vacation has come to an end) To summarize: I definitely liked something - the old town of Nesebar, the weather, lavender fields, some other locations, the sea, Bulgarian white wine, bedroom beach club and our green mini-complex 🌴🤗 I didn’t like the following - if just go out to the city, you end up in the Soviet Union'80, don't consider me picky, although you may consider it)) As well as crazy stalls with pareos / sandals with rhinestones at every step, a huge number of people in locations along the coast with small restaurants and phrases “come and see us”, local flavor, so to speak;) Here, it’s probably worth noting that in general I can’t stand large crowds of people🤷🏽‍♀️ I feel very uncomfortable and even scared🤷🏽‍♀️ Therefore, here, as they say, for an amateur) And as I said, this is a pretty good destination for sending a grandmother with a child to the sea 😈 I will keep it in mind ✔️ I personally am happy to return to St. Petersburg and to work ️

In the city, on weekdays, I rarely manage to find time for such a pleasant activity as reading a book. Now, being on vacation, I catch myself thinking that this is one of the most enjoyable moments of my vacation. By the way, I never learned to read from a tablet, I think I'm not the only one. Yes?) And yet, I know for sure that I am not the only one who is reading this book now - Sapiens. Short story humanity. I definitely recommend reading it. A very light style about very interesting scientific facts and conjectures. The feeling that you were moved in a time machine, carefully pushed aside the thickets of the jungle with your hand and allowed you to peep what happened to the group of sapiens thousands and thousands of years ago 😍 And then even more interesting! I'm halfway through the book now, hopefully I'll be able to finish it before the end of my vacation. Please share what to read next?

This is my first time in Bulgaria. My first visit happened at the age of 7 and I don’t remember anything, of course🌿 I can say that Bulgaria (at least Golden Sands) is a good location for a holiday with a child. I considered Georgia, Armenia, Abkhazia - because the plans were to leave the mother and daughter for a longer period, in this case, it would be easier for them (and I am calmer) when they can communicate in Russian. For me personally, a big plus was that the child can be allowed to walk around the territory of the complex. I'm quite hysterical about Eva's "free walk" in the yard in St. Petersburg (if she goes out onto the playground, I sit by the window and don't blink 🤦🏻‍♀️) There are also a huge number of children's camps, very little kids of 5 years old go in groups 🤗Our whole town resembles one big village and the complex itself, like one big common Home) In the market opposite, on the second day, the seller already with a smile “forgives” me half a lev, and the children playing in the pool, under the guidance of some adults, take turns riding on someone’s air mattress, and returning from that very market, you already carry not one but three ice creams for all the playing kids 🤗

Anna and Alice are young mothers and successful business women. A few years ago they organized a private Kindergarten, realizing that public preschools are far from ideal. How everything is arranged in Mary Jane, we found out when we met with the owners of the kindergarten in their homely cozy territory.

— How did you come up with the idea of just such a startup: not a restaurant, not a beauty salon, but a kindergarten?

— The beginning was laid 4 years ago, when Anna and I were on maternity leave. By this time, each of us had an acute question of finding a kindergarten. But we didn’t want to send our children anywhere: we had a number of requirements, although there were no price limits. We searched for a long time, but as a result, we did not find anything suitable and began to "scroll" the idea of creating our own kindergarten in the premium segment.

- And this great idea There are very few good kindergartens! Almost all of us have children in the editorial office- we are aware. But here is another important question for modern parents: today, rarely does anyone work from "call to call" - It is difficult to combine your work schedule with the strict regime of kindergarten. How do Mary Jane gardens work?

Anna: The child comes to MJ from the very early morning, and you can pick up the baby until 21.00. We do not want parents to rush from work at breakneck speed and feel remorse if they do not have time.

Alice: A freer schedule is vital for modern parents. The need for a governess or involvement in educational process grandparents is no longer basic. Parents can be calm, because all issues related to education, recreation, leisure and nutrition are taken care of by the kindergarten.

- How are you doing with food? Many of today's children have allergies ...

Anna: Well, of course, our food initially meets all basic sanitary and other standards, but we pay special attention to its balance.

Alice: We worked out the menu for a long time and painstakingly, even attracted an excellent chef for this, but the main thing is not this, but the fact that even when a child is enrolled, we are able to provide him with a truly individual menu, taking into account all the characteristics or existing diseases. Plus, the cultural and religious aspects of each family should not be forgotten, and even now there are many vegetarians.

How do you prepare children for school?

Alice: Despite the claims that the school will teach you everything, in reality it is not. Those children whose preschool education is weaker find themselves in the position of catching up.

We admire children's wisdom and the harmony that reigns among us. We are confident that in the coming cosmopolitan future our children will have a great field for the realization of their abilities to communicate and perceive.

Anna: We prepare our children so that after graduating from kindergarten they can go to school on their own. high level and painlessly adapt to it, in no case not to lag behind, and even to be ahead of peers in some way. By the way, we do not set ourselves an end in itself. It is extremely important not to turn a child into a robot who got into school before school.

Anna and Alice: No. Definitely not. It would be correct to say that a "ticket" to the very best school is the level of training that we give, and the development of children, which forms our comfortable environment.

- You have many educational programs, let's highlight the most important and tell parents about it.

Anna and Alice: Imagine everything that you put into the concept of a good kindergarten, where the child will be comfortable and where he will receive a decent preparation for school and future adulthood. Add to this care for every baby, expanded educational program, daily English language, creative and sports activities, including a swimming pool. And also monthly concerts at the Philharmonic, visits to the best children's theaters, field trips around St. Petersburg. Add all of the above and you get MJ.

- Children come to you for a long time or strong friendship— from group to group - does not work?

- Children, of course, replace each other, because the families with whom we work often live in two capitals, and sometimes in two countries. The parents' business dictates them moving and long business trips - this is the main reason for the existing "personnel rotation".

Alice: Well, if there are no such reasons, our children are always with us.

— Does it sometimes happen that children who do not speak Russian or are bilingual, whose parents are foreigners, come to the group?

Alice: Certainly! For such children, we have all the conditions for comfortable integration into the team. The most important "adapters" are the children themselves: they teach new "colleagues" the Russian language, show an active interest in each other and learn to socialize together.

Anna: Thanks to this practice, our children are much more sociable, have an idea of the scale of the world, the diversity of cultures, and learn to build the right communications from an early age.

— What are your plans for the future of your project?

Anna and Alice: We want to expand, open new club kindergartens, but we will definitely not develop the network. For us, the question of quality is at the forefront, we are not chasing quantity. We do not want to rush, we like to watch the development of our children, we are very proud of our pupils.

Alisa Burina and Anna Askerova decided to organize a private kindergarten last year, when they themselves had an acute question about placing their own children in preschool institutions. The business idea of young mothers was actively supported by the Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship and the Consumer Market and a subsidy was allocated in the amount of one million rubles. With this money, the girls were able to rent good premises in the city center, hire qualified personnel and buy the necessary equipment.

“The garden was opened based on the fact that we are, first of all, mothers and what we want for our child, we invested and took into account all the needs of parents, so that the child would be: comfortable, healthy, safe, good, tasty and educational ".

This year, the girls again want to apply for a state subsidy, but not for opening, but for developing their own business. Funds to support small and medium-sized businesses from the city budget are allocated annually. There are currently only 6 programs in operation. But by the end of the summer, two more will be launched.

Elena Kleverova, Head of the Entrepreneurship Development Department of the Committee for the development of entrepreneurship and the consumer market of St. Petersburg:

“One of the programs is the subsidization of rent for enterprises that are engaged in the field of light industry and for manufacturing enterprises also an interesting program.

Within the framework of state subsidies, entrepreneurs can reimburse up to 5 million rubles of their costs, including the purchase of equipment on lease. For example, this high-tech company specializing in the development and production of car accessories, using financial support from the city budget, acquired a complex laser cutting, which is twice as fast and more efficient than previous machines. Thanks to this, the products of the St. Petersburg company are now supplied not only to foreign automobile plants located in the northern capital, but are also actively exported abroad. Without subsidies, it would be much more difficult to achieve such results, the company admits.

“We have been receiving subsidies for the second year. They give us courage when making decisions on the purchase of equipment and give us the opportunity to launch projects that we would not have launched without them. Automotive market- it is very investment-intensive and subsidizing interest rates is critical here, because business here is either decided or not.

Without state subsidies, porcelain production would also be impossible, it is believed to be at the center of the revival of traditional crafts. If in pre-revolutionary Russia dozens of different factories were engaged in the manufacture of ceramics, today this business is almost forgotten. There are only three large enterprises and several small companies where they still work according to old recipes and patterns.

“The state helps us a lot, because last year we applied and received compensation subsidies: for materials, for equipment, but not only these subsidies. It is very important that we were heard that there is a vacuum in the young and labor personnel, and we are negotiating an educational center so that our masters come to the young, show, teach.”

This year, the Committee also begins the implementation new program support social entrepreneurship, which will allow businessmen who provide employment for pensioners, disabled people, parents large families, as well as graduates of orphanages to reimburse half of the costs in the amount of up to 700 thousand rubles.
